How far in advance should I contact you for planning an event
We recommend contacting us at least three to six months in advance for large events and at least one month for smaller gatherings
Do you offer packages or is each event priced individually?
Every event is unique, so we provide personalized quotes based on your specific requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations, please notify us at least 30 days before the event to avoid charges. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future events within one calendar year, based on availability.
How do you handle unforeseen circumstances during an event?
Our team prepares backup plans and contingencies to ensure the event proceeds smoothly regardless of challenges.
